How do I make a reservation?

Short stays can be booked online at claytonpark.net/online-booking. For extended or seasonal stays, visit claytonpark.net/extended-stays or call the office. You can also call (570) 698-6080 or email camp@claytonpark.net.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations 15 or more days before arrival receive a refund minus a service fee ($25 for RV sites, $35 for rentals). Cancellations 7 to 14 days before arrival receive a credit valid for one year. Cancellations within 6 days of arrival are non-refundable. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full amount. Online booking fees are non-refundable.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Clayton Park accepts Visa and Mastercard. A valid credit card is required to hold a reservation. Credit card payments are subject to a current surcharge. Longer term stays may be paid by cash or check.

When is your camping season?

The main season at Clayton Park RV Escape runs from May 1 through October 15. Limited availability may exist outside those dates. Call (570) 698-6080 to inquire about off-season stays.

Do you offer seasonal or extended stays?

Yes. Clayton Park offers monthly and seasonal stays in addition to short-stay reservations. Call the office for current rates and availability or visit claytonpark.net/extended-stays.

What types of sites and rentals do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Clayton Park offers full hookup RV sites with water, electric (30 or 50 amp), and sewer. Pull-through sites are just over 90 feet in length. Cabin and glamping rentals are also available. Tent camping is not available.

Are pets allowed at Clayton Park?

Yes, Clayton Park is pet-friendly. Cats and dogs are welcome with restrictions. RV site guests may register up to two pets weighing up to 85 lbs each. Rental guests may register up to two pets weighing up to 25 lbs each. All pets must be leashed on a maximum 6-foot leash at all times. Certain breeds are restricted. Are there restricted dog breeds?

Yes. Restricted breeds at Clayton Park include Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Akitas, Chow Chows, Doberman Pincers, American Bulldogs, and related mixes. Clayton Park RV Escape offers full hookup RV sites, cabin and glamping rentals, a swimming pool, playground, bathhouse with showers, laundry facilities, camp store, on-site WiFi, fire pits, Lake Henry waterfront access with fishing and boating, a dog wash station, and a Social Center Pavilion available for private rental. Clayton Park also hosts a seasonal Campfire Music Series.

Yes. Clayton Park RV Escape is located on Lake Henry in Wayne County, PA. Guests have access to fishing and boating on the lake during their stay. Additional fees apply for watercraft launches.
