- Holidays require three night minimum stay
- Non-weekends - Sunday night through Thursday night
- Weekends - Friday night through Saturday night
- Rates for 2 adults and two unmarried children under age 18 (children 8 and under free)
- Additional children and/or adults on site: $8.00 per night
- Day visitors to your site must register and pay $5 parking fee per vehicle
- All visitors staying after dusk must be registered for an overnight stay
- GUESTS AND VISITORS are strictly prohibited from entry between the hours of 9PM and 6AM
- We reserve the right to limit the number of guests per site
- Monthly site rentals exclude electric utilities
- Monthly rate is for 28 days
- Check in Time - 3:00 P.M. Check out Time - 12:00 P.M.
- Valid credit card required to hold reservation

| 90% of the sites at Clayton Park are Lakeview or Lakefront. The average site size is 3200 square feet. Seasonal rates vary by size, location, and amenities. Fees rage from $1950 to $2400. Please call us at 570-698-6080 for availability and specific fees. |
