Power loading is strictly prohibited.

All anglers must abide by Clayton Park's quiet hours from 10pm until 8am and be mindful of nearby campers and cottagers who are sleeping. No car horns, loud talking, or other disturbing behaviors as determined by Clayton Park will be tolerated.
LICENSE REQUIRED
A valid PA fishing license is required for all persons age 16 and over and must be displayed at all times. (Check out free fishing days here.) If you can't get to a store to purchase a license, you can obtain a license or replacement for a lost license online at the PA Fish and Boat Commission's website.
LAWS & REGULATIONS
All fishermen must obtain, read and abide by PA Fish & Boat Commission boating and fishing laws and any other state, local and federal laws in force. Our local PA Fish & Boat Commission office is located in Sweet Valley and officers routinely patrol our waters.
BOAT LIGHTS
If you are unsure whether or not you will need boat lights, official rules state you must have lights by the time the sun begins to set. As a general reference, you can view sunset times at NOAA's website.

CATCH & RELEASE
We are happy to report the majority of our fishermen practice "catch and release". All tournaments are catch and release. Clayton Park strongly urges fishermen to review and practice safe catch and release practices. Learn how to unhook a fish and remove hooks in a way which reduces the likelihood of tearing mouths and jaws. These efforts can aid in the maintenance of a healthy fish population forfuture satisfactory angling experiences.
ABOUT LAKE HENRY
Boaters must exercise added caution when navigating the waters of Lake Henry. You may not use gas motors in our channel area and you must abide by the slow/no-wake rule from sunset to 9am. Many unmarked stumps exist, particularly in the northern to central sections of the lake. Depths range from 5 to 10 feet at the northern end of the lake to 30 feet at the southern end.
