Clayton Park Recreational Area is pleased to provide a boat launch for accessing the waters of Lake Henry, but does not endorse or otherwise support any fishing club. Tournament directors/representatives are reminded that in addition to obtaining permission from the PA Fish & Boat Commission, you must also provide your tournament information to Clayton Park with this form. 2 hours use of our lake-side pavilion is included with your tournament. The pavilion cannot be guaranteed without timely submission of your request form.

Tournament directors are responsible for collecting all launch fees prior to tournament start. Paid launch slips must be displayed on dash of vehicle. Tournament directors must contact Clayton Park Managment prior to tournament to obtain launch slips. Launch fees Monday - Friday are $8.00, Weekends and Holidays are $10.00

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Tournament clubs shall read and comply with guidelines for fishing Lake Henry. Tournament clubs shall release Clayton Park, it’s owners and staff from all liabilities and assume full responsibility for the actions and safety of its members, families and associates and for providing necessary insurance for loss of/damage to boats and/or equipment, personal property, personal injuries and/or loss of life.
