It is our intention to provide a unique atmosphere where you and your family can come together again to share in the best that mother nature has to offer. Events are created to enhance your camping experience while ensuring you are not detracted from the non-resort setting which brings you back to the basics of camping, fishing, and boating and the unscheduled experiences that come with discovering the outdoors. Our events ideas are conceived with their associated pleasures in mind, but we have also been mindful to provide elements of education whenever possible.
We are especially excited about our Campfire Music Series which will run from Memorial Day until Labor Day. Every Saturday, we'll feature a talented local musician, build a warm fire, and maybe get to watch the moon rise over the cool waters of Lake Henry. So bring a blanket or a chair and settle down for 2 hours of sweet music to your ears. 8pm til 10pm
We have lots of activities planned for 2010 including multiple opportunites for animal education, horse rides, fire safety, childrens games and story hour.
