Located just minutes from Lake Wallenpaupack in the Pocono Mountains of Northeastern Pennsylvania, Clayton Park rests on the western shore of Lake Henry in Maplewood and has been a family run business since 1920. Lake Henry was formerly known as Silkman's pond. You can read more about it through the cottager association's website, LHCA.
Currently owned and operated by the Swoyer Family, Clayton Park is a 70 acre vacation getaway which features lake-front and lake-view seasonal campsites as well as overnight transient sites. The park provides diversified amenities for everyone's recreational pleasure, including fishing, boating and other water sports. We provide sites with full hook ups for those of you who require "all the comforts of home" while camping and "back to nature" tent sites for those of you who want to rough it. We also offer park model rental units.
Originally operated as a picnic grove and boat livery on a small farm, Clayton Park now provides over 100 seasonal and year round campsites, with laundry facilities, camp store, propane sales, and onsite RV rentals. We are also close to many of the areas most popular attractions, including Pocono raceway, and Claws 'N' Paws Animal Park. Visit our activities page for more information.
